Yoga Training

During summer of 2015, Brittany completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Yoga Adventure, directed by Deborah Koehn, is located in Kona, Hawaii. The three-week training has an in-depth focus on asana, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy, meditation, history, and the therapeutic application of yoga. 

 

During spring of 2016, Brittany completed her Registered Holy Yoga Instructor (R-HYI) training. Holy Yoga's mission is to spread the good news of the Gospel to the ends of the earth through the modality of yoga.  Holy Yoga provides a unique experience of prayer, movement, meditation, and worship with Christ at the center. in November of 2016 Brittany completed her Kids Holy Yoga training, which certifies her to teach children ages 3-18. 

 

Brittany has taught classes to children at the Early Care and Education Center in Laramie, WY, to the theatre and dance student at the University of Wyoming, at the annual Snowy Range Summer Dance Festival in 2015, to private clients, at yoga studios all over the Front Range, for the Adam State University Men's Basketball team, the Adam's State University student recreation center, Alamosa Family Rec Center and several different locations in Alamosa, and to employees of local organizations & corporations.
